CURRENT POSTINGS

  • This role will allow you to expand your design abilities, take on further responsibility on projects and within the business, mentor more junior staff, develop and build relationships with clients and industry colleagues – all in a flexible work environment with a collaborative team.

    What we are looking for:

    • Design from a recognized university or college and CIDQ certification (AAA-LID qualification or in progress is an asset)

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interior design

    • Strong conceptual design ability and technical knowledge, with a thorough understanding of the design process and business from project lead to concept through completion

    • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (Sketchup + Enscape ability is an asset)

    • A solid understanding of building codes, permit processes, and contract administration

    • Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish while engaging and supporting the team

    • Experience collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients

    • A business-minded approach with an understanding of contractual obligations and the “big picture” of project delivery

    • Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to seek new methods, details, and design solutions

    • A passion for mentorship and a commitment to the growth of both the team and the studio
